The Sanfit Weight Loss Program is a guideline that will get you back to feeling lean and energetic. It’s also healthy, delicious, real food that you choose. It’s education, accountability and a lot of support.
In this program we’ll start with an in-depth assessment which will include a weigh and measure. Just as important will be knowing your likes and dislikes as well as food allergies/sensitivities. After the assessment and calculations, you’ll be presented with your first week’s diet guideline. You’ll be responsible for keeping a daily food log which is easily tracked online. Your macronutrients (protein, carbohydrate and fat) and calories will be adjusted throughout the process to ensure weight loss in a timely manner.
The best part is we meet one-on-one every week, so there’s real feedback and support.
